A Letter From The Head Honcho
Dear All,
After a long and hard discussion and deliberation over the continuity of Crazy Mart, we have regrettably decided to close Crazy Mart for good.
"Why?" You might ask... It is mainly for the sake of our families and various other personal reasons. We simply weren't coping with the load Crazy Mart demands. The PayPal issue triggered a longer and deeper discussion on whether we can sustain this business considering our personal situations. Unfortunately, the resulting answer was "no". We have decided to be fair to ourselves and all of you. So the right thing to do was to close the company down. We had grand dreams for this business. Unfortunately, the timing wasn't right.
I hope all of you had fun while it lasted. I know we sure did. As they say, "All good things must eventually come to an end".
Thank you for being so patient and understanding as we go through this. We will honour any refund of Crazy Credits if you spent money buying them.
If you believe you have purchased Crazy Credits and wish to get a refund, here is what you need to do:

Send an email to finance@crazymart.com.au with your email address that you used for registering.

State in your email that you wish to process and refund claim.

Also state in your email address your PayPal email address you used to purchase the credits with. (If used Credit Card, simple say "Credit Card")

We will calculate the Paid Credits you have left by the value you have purchased them with and process the refund*.

You will get the refund in 7 working days.
*Note: the database is subjected to any audits we face and they show our final records as of 31st January 2012, the date of our temp closure. This database has been locked down since then and all Crazy Credit transaction records in the system are fixed and final.
All refund claims must be submitted by the 31st March 2012
